Animation & Teacher Training

At Our Lady School of Excellence, we encourage teachers to continually enhance their skills through workshops, seminars, and professional development programs. These initiatives help educators understand students’ mindsets, counsel them, identify slow learners, and adopt innovative teaching methods.

  • Qualified and efficient staff are recruited and trained to provide excellent education.
  • Wellness Wednesday (Zumba) sessions are conducted twice a month for teacher wellness.
  • Initial Professional Development Program is introduced for new teachers before the academic year begins.
  • Continuing Professional Development sessions are conducted in-person by the Team Chrysalis Executive.
  • Thinkroom Participation program evaluates teachers’ understanding of the curriculum once every two months, led by Mrs. Kadhambari.
  • Focus Development Program is arranged monthly to enhance teachers’ concentration and effectiveness.
  • Special webinars conducted, including:
    • "Role of Educators during and after Covid-19" by Dr. Joanas Richard, Director, CLSE, Professor & Head, Kristu Jayanti College
    • "Beyond Black Board" Seminar by British Chevening Scholar Mr. Clement Robert Raj, M.Sc., State Civil Services Officer
